Returns & Exchanges
At Marlou & Co, when purchasing through our website, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with the products you have chosen.
If, for any reason an item is not what you expected, is the incorrect size or colour, or you are unhappy with what you have received in any way, you are able to return for an exchange or a credit note (excluding the shipping costs), provided that the item sent back to us is in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Marlou & Co does not offer returns or exchanges on gift cards & sale items, as they are final sale.
The following conditions must be met for your product to be eligible for an exchange or refund (credit note):
- The item is unused, unworn and in brand new condition with packaging intact and original labels attached.
- A copy of the return slip, filled out with the needed information. This return slip will be provided in your order.
- The item is to be returned back to us within 14 days of your order being delivered to you.
Please note, for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accepts returns for the following:
To make a return or exchange, please send through an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org & include the following:
- Full name or address that was used to make the order
- Order number
- Reason for return: exchange, refund (store credit), or faulty/damaged
Once you have contacted us, we then send through your return label.
Please also note that returns may take up to 10 working days.
