Ordering & Shipping
How can you pay?
We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, ApplePay & ShopPay (this is including debit cards). The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the checkout process is complete. Once your ordered has been processed, you will receive a transaction confirmation email, which will have a receipt of your order included.
Please note that our transactions will appear on your statement as MARLOU & CO.
How long will it take to process your order?
Please allow 1 - 2 business days for your order to be prepared to be shipped.
Orders that have been placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed next business day. However, there may be some delays during busy sale periods, so please allow a little extra shipping time.
Cancelling your order
Once your order has been made, no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you do however notice that you have entered in your shipping details incorrectly, please email us as at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try our hardest to resolve the issue.
Do we accept returns?
We want you to be happy with what you receive, but sometimes things just aren’t right… so please see our Returns & Exchanges page for full details.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices displayed on Marlou & Co site are in Australian dollars ($AUD) including GST.
Are your details provided to us secure?
- Please note that all orders made from the 24th of December will be sent out from Monday the 4th of January -
At Marlou & Co, we use both Sendle and Australia Post to get your orders to you safe and as quick as possible.
We have a flat rate of $10 standard shipping & $15 express shipping for all orders under $120.
For all order above $120 we offer free standard shipping.
Sendle - Please allow 4-6 business days
Australia Post - Please Allow 4-6 business days.
*Please note that due to the Christmas period and Boxing Day Sales, Australia Post & Sendle are experiencing some delays, so allow for extra shipping time.
Sendle - Currently don’t offer an express shipping option, but are a fairly quick service.
Australia Post - Please allow 1-2 business days
We are working hard on expanding our little online store to the rest of the world, but for now we only ship within Australia.
Once you have made an order with us, and we have packaged it up for you, we will send you an email containing your unique tracking number.
